This webinar draws on content from chapter 10 of the Certified Parking Professional Study Guide. It examines the accounting process and the various procedures that parking professionals should adopt to best manage this crucial function.
At the end of this webinar, attendees will be able to:

Katherine is responsible for managing a team of parking specialists who are relationship-oriented individuals who coordinate service, delivery, and operations for new onboarding clients.
With over 20 years of experience in the parking industry, Katherine has managed a multitude of tasks within the industry. She supervised multi-million-dollar operating budgets, producing a vast array of reports and information that focus on dashboard data from various sources that are relevant to a given operation.
Katherine has her Master’s in Business Administration from Regis University and did her undergrad work at the University of South Florida. In addition, she is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. She has articles published in Parking Today and Parking & Mobility. In her personal time, she and her husband run a raptor rescue center from their home in Tennessee.
