It is therefore critical that parking managers be able to respond to these emergencies diligently, professionally, and effectively to manage risk, safeguard employees and patrons, and protect their business assets. This webinar will demonstrate the appropriate steps that a Certified Parking Professional should take to prepare in advance for an emergency situation. It will examine different types of emergencies that affect parking operations from natural events like weather, to human-related emergencies like terrorism, and operational disasters such as fire or flooding.
