Featuring tips and tools to get ready for the exam, this interactive session will explore some of the questions in the CPP exam and give students an opportunity to answer them under exam conditions. In addition, it will provide students an opportunity to discuss some questions, as a group, and with the CPP faculty.

Ban Phommachanh, CPP is Field Operations Supervisor at the University of Delaware’s Parking Service Department.  Since writing his first parking ticket as a Student Aide for the University of Delaware’s Department of Public Safety in the early 90s, Ban has never stopped thinking about parking. Even after leaving the University of Delaware and during his time working for Amazon.com and then Comcast as a program manager, he has always had to deal with Parking.

Since returning to the University of Delaware’s Parking Service as Enforcement Supervisor in 2013, Ban has brought with him his curiosity and experiences in technology and parking from his travels around the country and the world.

Ban is an NPA Certified Parking Professional and serves on the NPA Certification Advisory Board.
