Finding and keeping good talent isn’t easy, especially when there is such fierce competition for it. Hiring for potential is arguably more important than hiring for skills and experience. In this informative NPA webinar, Andi Campbell, Vice President for Human Resources at LAZ Parking, will shed insight on what is important to today’s prospective candidates and how to hire for potential and then coach and develop for skills.
Andi will share, specific questions you can ask during the interview process to identify someone’s potential, as well as give tips for how to attract and develop good talent.
