In this informative webinar, a panel of WOMEN IN PARKING mentors and mentees discuss their experiences in the WIP mentoring program, what they learned as coach and student, and how the program impacted their career in parking to date.
The panel will explore WIP’s targeted approach to mentoring based on finding the right fit between mentor and mentee; listening actively and providing good feedback; as well as the benefits of meeting regularly and offering professional career advice and counsel.

About Maggie DiPaolo
Maggie DiPaolo, PHR, SHRM-CP, is the Senior Human Resources Business Partner – Midwest at LAZ Parking where she is responsible for a team of seven human resources professionals across six states with a total employee base of over 1,200.
She joined LAZ Parking in 2008, as the Midwest Region’s Senior HR Business Partner, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations and development, local collective bargaining agreement management and compliance, risk management and other key responsibilities.
She speaks and presets regularly at parking events on the subject of human resources, talent management, employee training and engagement.
Maggie has a BA in Interdisciplinary Communications from Elmhurst College and is a certified PHR and SHRM-CP. She serves on the board of WOMEN IN PARKING.

About Marcy Sparrow
Marcy Sparrow is the Director of Sales and Parking Industry Expo for Parking Today Media. She has been with PTM since March of 2006. Prior to entering the parking industry, she was in the telecommunications field with MCI. She is one of the nine founding board members of WOMEN IN PARKING. Marcy has been on the WOMEN IN PARKING board since 2011, has served as treasurer, and is now the current Women in Parking Chairperson.
Marcy is a graduate of Penn State University where she obtained her bachelor’s degree. A native of Pittsburgh, she now lives in Scottsdale, AZ
About Kristen Locke
Kristen Locke is the Regional Sales Manager for Parkmobile. She first became involved in parking with City of Fort Collins, Colorado Parking Services when she started as a booth attendant and then became Customer Service Representative. Kristen owes her initial and continued interest in parking to her time at Fort Collins. Kristen was then recruited, owing to her parking experience and innate problem-solving aptitude to T2 Systems in 2010. Kristen moved through the ranks at T2 holding various support, pre-sales and sales positions. Throughout all positions at T2 she was known for her strong customer service and eye on providing the
correct solution to fit the client’s needs.
Kristen was again recruited for her parking experience and desire to grow and better understand the parking industry, to ParkMobile as Sales for Western US in 2018. She looks forward to furthering her career in the parking industry, especially looking to the future of parking and mobility technology.

About Britney Cooper
Britney is currently the Parking Services Coordinator for Walter P Moore located in Houston, Texas. She is a proud Florida State University Alumni. Prior to working at Walter P Moore, she worked in education as a kindergarten teacher and curriculum coordinator for 5 schools. Britney has been in parking for 3 years and is responsible for managing an annual budget for the national parking team, assists in marketing efforts, and coordinates all business development strategies from conferences to client events.When Britney is not chasing her two boys, she enjoys the outdoors, college football (Go Seminoles!) and traveling. Britney is an active member of the Texas Parking and Transportation Association, where she serves on the host committee. She is also active in International Parking and Mobility Institute. Like most parking professionals, parking is an industry that Britney fell into by chance and she’s enjoyed every minute thus far.
