On Demand Webinar | Recorded June 10, 2020
NPA Members: $35 / Nonmembers: $55
Employee recruitment and retention has been a perennial challenge for the parking industry. As parking operators open up for business again post COVID and bring back furloughed employees, how different will this labor market be now? Yes, unemployment is currently high but that does not necessarily make it easy to find and keep the right employees.
This informative webinar will examine the successful steps that parking operators should take to re-engage with furloughed employees, onboard this workforce, or find new talent as needed.
The webinar will examine:
- Obligations under the Payroll Protection Program (PPP)
- Social media as a recruitment tool
- Employee engagement and motivation tools
This is a one-hour session with 45-50 minutes of presentation and remaining 10-15 minutes for interactive Q&A with attendees.
