Parking professionals often find themselves on project teams such as a team responding to an RFP, installing an LPR system, or dealing with a crisis situation.
Whether you are the project leader, a new project team member, or you are a vendor or supplier to the project, the role you play is important to the final result.
This webinar will examine 5 essentials practices that any employee on a parking project should be aware of to make the project successful and to grow themselves professionally.
The webinar will examine:
- Timeliness – understanding the role of timelines, deadlines, etc, and their importance in a project
- Communication – keeping everyone in the loop in the project process
- Mission Vision – understanding the scope of the project and your role in it
- Feedback and Follow up – when to provide critical feedback and follow up to keep a project on track or to adjust because of changing circumstances
- Metrics and Management - understanding to measure project progress and success.
The webinar will examine these essential practices in the context of some realistic parking project case-studies.
This is a one-hour webinar with 45-50 minutes of presentation and remaining 10-15 minutes for interactive Q&A with attendees.
