Join us for this skills-based workshop featuring leadership coach Kristie J. Bavaro, President and CEO at Leading Visions, Inc. and Nicole Hankins, Senior Vice President of SP+ Parking and 2019 WOMEN IN PARKING IMPACT award winner.

The presenters will demonstrate how to develop strong and dynamic teams; how to gain trust by being a good role model; and how to develop a professional brand by leading employee engagements, mentoring, and sponsorship.

You will learn how to develop a more acute EQ (Emotional Intelligence) to help make better decisions, accelerate teamwork and understand your team’s group dynamics.

Participants will come away with practical tips and ideas on how to navigate as inspirational leaders.

This is a one-hour webinar with 45-50 minutes of presentation and remaining 10-15 minutes for interactive Q&A with attendees.

Presenters:

Nicole Hankins is a Senior Vice President at SP+. She has over 15 years’ experience in the parking industry starting as a senior manager in Hawaii in 2003 and most recently in Western Canada and the Pacific North West.

Prior to joining SP+/Standard Parking, Nicole worked with the Honu Group in Hawaii to help launch the $200 million 2100 Kalakaua project where she brought retailers together with local culture and arts organizations, including the Contemporary Museum, Diamond Head Theatre, Hawaii Opera Theatre, Hawaii State Art Museum, Hawaii Theatre Center, Honolulu Academy of Arts, Honolulu Symphony and Iolani Palace.

Nicole has served on the boards of BOMA, ACS, EBG, and Women in Parking (WIP) and serves as the chair of SP+’s Women’s Advisory Forum. She is the recipient of the 2019 WOMEN IN PARKING IMPACT Award.

Kristie Bavaro is a Professional Certified Coach who specializes in career and executive leadership development. She has an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources as well as 25 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies. Her extensive background in the corporate world gives her a realistic grounding in the opportunities, challenges and politics that abound in large companies. Her experience working with both executives and employees gives her an understanding of the issues, obstacles, and culture in the corporate world.

Kristie is certified as a professional co-active coach through the Coaches Training Institute and the International Coaches Federation.
