"Service with a smile" isn’t just a catchphrase – it’s a proven tactic for elevating customer satisfaction. When greeted or served with a smile, customers view the employees they're interacting with as friendlier and more trustworthy.
So how can parking operators deliver a friendly and engaging customer experience when their employees are forced to wear masks and gloves and remain socially distant from patrons? It can be done with a little creativity, thought, and fun.
See how parking operators are delivering an engaging customers experience using verbal indicators, hand gestures, "smizing," and other visible cues.
