Wen Sang is the Co-Founder and CEO of Smarking, a market leader hired by parking operators, commercial REITS, municipal governments, and many others to enable business intelligence and yield management through its enterprise Software-as-a-Service solution, currently empowering 2,000+ locations across North America, backed by top Silicon Valley investors including Khosla Ventures and Y Combinator.
Wen holds an PhD in Mechanical Engineering from MIT. Wen loves running, sailing (MIT Sailing Club), and golfing.

As Towne Park’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Jack Chang leads the Center for Technology & Innovation, and is responsible for helping to drive innovation, create demand and leverage the best technology to deliver the right solutions for our clients and the best experiences for our people and consumers.
With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in the IT and technology industries, Jack has a proven track record of innovation and delivering transformative technologies, products and services to achieve business goals in B2B and B2C markets.
Prior to joining Towne Park, Jack was the Chief Technology and Product Officer for Transdev North America, a $1.4B transportation business unit of a global transportation company. In this role, Jack helped transform the company to become technology centric and engineered product strategies to create differentiation through a focus on customer and associate experiences. Among many innovations, he built an e-commerce platform to connect riders and drivers in public transit, ride hailing services, taxis, airport ride sharing shuttles, electric vehicles and autonomous vehicles across multiple markets.
Previously, he held numerous entrepreneurial and leadership roles including CEO of Silicon Valley technology start-ups in television streaming and cloud-based communications technology.
Jack holds a Master’s of Science from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s of Science Cum Laude from the University of California at Berkeley. Jack is fluent in Mandarin and has a history of driving first of its kind innovations.
Jeff Eckerling

Jeff Eckerling is Chief Growth Officer of SP+ Corporation where he is responsible for SP+’s digital strategy, marketing, consumer, facility and client technology, revenue management, and mobility partnerships. Jeff joined SP+ in 2016 as Senior Vice President of Revenue and Growth. Prior to joining SP+, Jeff worked exclusively with startups, including serving as Chief Executive Officer of LIFT, Chief Executive Officer of Doggyloot, and General Manager of Travel at HauteLook following its acquisition by BonVoyou, where Jeff was the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder. Jeff served a variety of roles at Orbitz Worldwide, including as an original member of their finance team, and ultimately Senior Director of Global Hotel Strategy.
Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Tulane University.
Dan Roarty

Dan Roarty is the COO of Arrive. He has spent most of his career building two-sided online marketplaces, focused on creating technology led customer experiences that blow away the old way of doing things while giving sellers new, more efficient channels to grow their businesses. Through his work in Automotive, Travel, Real Estate and Local categories Dan has built platforms that have sold tens of billions of dollars to tens of millions of people online and on mobile phones.
Most recently Dan ran the Restaurants vertical at Groupon bringing millions of customers into restaurants from McDonald’s to LeCirque.
Prior to Groupon, Dan was CMO of Vast, a B2B2C platform for used cars, travel, and real estate that was delivered for clients like Kelly Blue Book, Yahoo, AOL, Southwest Airlines, USAA, Microsoft, and more. The platform aggregated millions of car, vacation rental and real estate listings from thousands of sites and created a powerful, monetized lead gen network for dealers and brokers across the country.
At Orbitz, Dan was GVP of Alliance Marketing, building a new ad-based business model on top of Orbitz’s massive transactional model. Dan also had roles at Trilogy Software and Accenture, and earlier in his career focused on the Auto industry and business intelligence technologies.
Dan has an MBA and BBA from the University of Michigan, lives in Chicago with his wife and three young children, and despite their continued futility, remains a Lions fan.
